Office Ergonomics and your computer set up

Your computer setup plays a core role in office ergonomics. Position the keyboard as close to the front edge of the office desk as comfortable. Place the mouse mat directly beside the end of the keyboard on your preferred side. Position the computer screen so that the top of the screen is level with, or slightly lower than, your eyes when you are sitting upright. It should be at arms length away from your usual seated position.
