Real Estate Office Fitout

We were approached by Hudson Bond, a reputable Doncaster real estate agent who required a new fitout befitting of their branding and workplace culture. We made the most of their office space to design an area that clients and sales agents alike can feel eager to come back to. Hudson Bond offer an extensive range of services, including commercial leasing, sales and residential tenancy, so we had to future-proof their needs when designing their new office space. Despite having a non-rectangular office space, we’ve minimised void space and developed a homely, basic office design that serves their practice perfectly.


The reception design for IC Hudson Bond was designed to be as welcoming as possible for their clients. All the furniture in the reception is a modern design, with the desk custom-designed and finished in Polar White Gloss with Black Linewood trimmings, a common design theme throughout this office. For clients waiting in the comfortable air-conditioned room, there’s a sleek glass coffee table with Swan swivel chairs in red fabric.


Hudson Bond’s kitchen is simple, modern and sleek, with a homely design that won’t go out of style any time soon. To complement the style of the rest of the office, beautiful glossy onyx-coloured tiles were used with white furnishings, sleek black stools, and red glass splashbacks for some contrast.

Private & Shared Office Design

Open-plan office designs have found their way into just about every modern Australian office in some shape or form. With that said, certain industries, such as real estate agents and law firms, simply couldn’t do without private offices to conduct personalised discussions with clients and store important documentation. In this office, we’ve found the perfect balance between open planned and private office space. There’s ample space for sales agents to work privately and liaise with clients, as well as a welcoming, collaborative environment just a few steps from their door.

  • Custom designed, slimline furniture, with floating desk and drawers, plus matching buffet and filing units
  • Open plan workstation with 75mm tile partition screen system, ducted for neat voice, data and power cable management
  • Larger offices for executives and director
  • Director’s office with matching custom furniture suite, including 2100L desk finished in Polar White with Blackened Linewood.
  • Open plan area facing window to complement the design’s openness


Custom-made boardroom table in Laminex Gloss Ebony Macassar top with EONA designer polished aluminium legs, with 4800L capacity. All boardroom tables can be designed to accommodate specialised multimedia equipment or cable management requirements.

Custom Design Process

Just like all our fitout designs, our client got to interact with their design throughout the entire process and express their creative freedom whenever possible. After working closely with our client, discussing their desired style, layout and functional requirements, we develop 3D-modelled plans of the furniture and office layout. If no modifications need to be made, we’ll develop an accurate 3D rendering, so our clients can see exactly what their beautiful new office looks like in an array of different colours and materials before construction begins. We’re comprehensive with our services and can handle everything from initial designing of plans to project managing the fitout.
